3. Bath Maintenance: |
(1) Analyze contents of JH-C4, pH value in the bath liquid daily and make compensation and adjust according to the requirement of process.The pH value is adjusted with dilute nitric acid or ammonia water and the composition is ajusted with JH-C4.
(2) The tools and containers which are in contact with bath liquid are made of stainless steel or corrosion-proof plastics.
(3) Oven temperature is 70℃-80℃ in the period of drying post-treatment. |
